Here’s where you will keep a record of your exercise participation. It will take the form of a diary, and each week you will update it by documenting all of the exercise that you have done in the last seven days.
Here’s an example:
Week Ended 30/08/2013
Monday: Cycling. 60 mins.
Tuesday: Jogging. 30 mins.
Wednesday: Cycling. 60 mins.
Thursday: Football. 60 mins.
Sunday: Walking. 70 mins.
Comment: I exercised 5 times this week. Next week I am aiming for 6 days!
So, here’s the template for your exercise diary. Just copy and paste it each week and fill in the details as appropriate to your exercise week.
You can fill in the diary as often as you like but you must submit it at least once per week. It will help you to keep track of your exercise habits and encourage you to reach your participation targets. It will also be a part of your assessment for the module.
